Free Returns With Paypal

If you use Paypal to purchase an item from Shade Group we can now offer completely free returns through their 'returns on Paypal' service.

All you need to do when you want to return the item is visit the following page to activate the service (https://www.paypal.com/uk/webapps/mpp/refunded-returns), return the item and complete their return refund form to receive your return postage refunded directly into your Paypal account.

This service is open to PayPal users in any of the following countries:

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, China, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, India, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Malaysia, Malta, Norway, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, USA and UK
